Archiving policy

The journal follows a policy of long-term preservation and open access to scholarly publications in accordance with the principles of open science.

Self-Archiving

Authors have the right to deposit published articles in:

  • institutional repositories;
  • subject-specific archives;
  • personal websites;
  • other open scholarly platforms.

In all cases, the original source of publication in the journal must be indicated.

Long-Term Preservation

The journal ensures the long-term preservation of all published materials through:

  • publication on the official journal website and on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports data backup;
  • assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to each article via the Crossref system, which ensures a permanent link to the publication, stable access, and integration into the international scholarly infrastructure;
  • deposit of electronic versions of the journal in the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine;
  • use of institutional electronic archives.

FAIR principles

The journal supports the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), aimed at ensuring openness, accessibility, and reproducibility of research data.

Research data should be easily findable through persistent identifiers and high-quality metadata, accessible via standard protocols or clear access conditions, provided in formats that ensure compatibility with other systems, and suitable for reuse with proper documentation and licensing terms.

The journal encourages authors to deposit research data in open repositories and to provide links to them in publications, supporting the principles of transparency and reproducibility of research.
